Got myself all dressed up...ha ha in the casual "Im a country girl" kind of way to go and get my new license at the dmv. Oh and what a super fun time that was!! Oh Im telling you...where else can you get the amazing combo of excessive waiting, loud talking from a large crowd especially the people droaning on and on with their cell phone conversations, the amazing amount of foul body odor and wailing children all in the same place?? It's really like a painful endurance test that you HAVE to take and the whole time you are kinda understanding why some people's minds just snap. I was finally one number away after the 2 hour and 25 minutes I was sitting there sure that the lady that had just sat behind me smelled like...well Im not gonna say but it was really rank....and tho I was just 1 number away it took almost 40 minutes MORE til they called me!!!!! I was like aaaarrrghhhhh silently in my mind...but finally I heard my number and rushed like I was on a game show to the open counter and (cue the heavenly sounding choir singing) I got my new license!!!! Yep it was big fun....and p.s. the photo they took while not one of the worst ones Ive ever had taken was snapped soo fast I didnt even get to start smiling...but Im not gonna complain cause at least I got it and Im free from the dmv for a while :D
Anyhow this is what I wore...my fav jeans and cowboy boots cause theyre only shooting from my chest up when they take the photo...so yay for jeans and boots!!

Love this top cause it's almost like a little jacket but has a self tie belt that I tie in the back and yes I know you can glimpse my c-sec scar which Im fine with so dont feel bad for me. It stinks that the doctor did a vertical one but with my baby delivered healthy that's really all that matters to me :)
After my dmv ordeal, I came home, ate lunch with my son and got to work on a new ring pillow that you can see a peek of here....
Vintage and new laces...have to bead some more, sew together the pillow, stuff and finish it....but it's now time for our nightly tea so hope you all had a lovely day n I will chat with you soon :)
